Job description

The Company

Our client is an European-based manufacturer with more than 100 years of successful company history. Its technical solutions and applications serve across various industries such as automotive, electronics sector (e.g. smartphones, tablets), building supply and pharmaceuticals. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the HR team in Singapore regional office.


The Role

You shall support the team in a range of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment coordination, invoice and claims processing, employee benefits, wellness activities, and learning & development support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding/offboarding administration and maintain recruitment records.
  • Process invoices, staff claims, and manage POs/PRs using ARIBA and UNIT4 systems.
  • Monitor employees’ confirmation and service milestones monthly.
  • Prepare Long Service Award (LSA) and Confirmation letters for relevant managers’ signatures.
  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g., SNEF) on workplace wellness programs for employees.
  • Provide administrative support for training registration and data reporting using Excel.
  • Provide support for corporate staff events such as team building, potluck lunch and purchase of birthday gift vouchers for employees.

This role suits someone who is organised, proactive and able to work independently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling administrative tasks across multiple HR functions and possess strong attention to detail.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in HR support or administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel – comfortable with data collation, reporting, and tracking.
  • Familiarity with systems like ARIBA, UNIT4, or HR platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
