Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is hiring for a retail staff role focused on guiding customers through VR gaming experiences and managing gaming stations. The position is based at venues around Kallang / Orchard with roster-based locations.

The role requires a passion for gaming, friendly customer service, and basic PC knowledge. Training will be provided and the environment is fast-paced retail with daily team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers and explain VR game rules and procedures.
• Operate and manage VR gaming stations.
• Test and familiarize yourself with all VR games in-store.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance.
• Perform basic troubleshooting (PC, booking system, VR games, etc.).
• Handle cashiering, cleaning, and sanitisation duties.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Kallang Wave Mall (near Stadium MRT) / Orchard Central / Funan Mall (based on roster)
