Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is hiring for a Warehouse Assistant on a 2-week contract that may convert to permanent. The role requires standing for long hours and involves packing, sorting, loading/unloading, and basic admin data entry. Shifts are 8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm in a rotating schedule, with 2 days off (Saturday and Tue/Wed).

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. This position focuses on accurate order handling, housekeeping, and supporting operations on site at Alexandra

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Willing to stand long hours.
• Able to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pack and sort goods.
• Load and unload inventory.
• Check quantities and scan per order.
• Perform basic housekeeping and data entry tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Details:

• Working Location: Alexandra Road
• 2 weeks contract convert to perm (Part Timer $10.50 per hour, after convert to Full Timer $UP 2,200)
• Working Days: 5 working days per week
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Shifts are on a rotating schedule (8am-4pm OR 2pm-10pm), as assigned by the supervisor
• 2 Off Day per week (Saturday + Tuesday/Wednesday)

Job Scope:

• Packing and Sorting
• Loading & unloading
• Checking/tallying article quantity/number and scanning per order
• Basic housekeeping
• Admin Task (Data Entry)
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirement:

• Comfortable standing for long hours
• No experience required as training will be provided
