Full Time

Salary : $2,400 - $2,500

Location : Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal

50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road

Working Hours : 8 hours rostered between 7AM – 8.30PM, 5 days per week on rotation basis (meaning inclusive of weekends/PH)

PART-TIME

Salary : $15/Hour

Location : Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal

50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road

Working Hours : 5 hours per day rostered between 1.30PM - 8.30PM (5 days per week, rotation basis)

Job Scope:

· Handle customer inquiries related to ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

· Process ticket reservations and payments through company systems.

· Assist customers with refunds, rebookings, and special requests.
