Part Time / Full Time Administrative Executive

Part Time position : 3 to 5 days a week; $15 - $20 per hour ( depending on experience )

Full time position: 4-5 days a week; $2,200 to $3,300 ( depending on experience )

Our Company is expanding! We are looking for 3 Administrative Executive to join our fun and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, supporting management, and coordinating administrative functions. Aside from work, we focus on the welfare and happiness index of all our staff. We believe a fun and family oriented environment is an important culture for company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team.

  • Handle incoming correspondence, calls, and emails professionally and promptly.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
