Job summary

IKEA is hiring for a part-time position in the Food & Restaurant team in Singapore. You will support daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, manage cashier duties, and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant area.

Responsibilities include stock checks, inventory accuracy, and upselling add-ons to customers, with shifts spanning AM/PM, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Willing to stand for long hours and lift heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant area by clearing the dishes and utensils, including cleaning of tables and chairs.
• Disposing and clearing of food wastage from the central clearing area.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and uphold high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.).
• Comply with food safety, hygiene practices and health and safety regulations at all times.
• Handle cashier duties, including accurate processing of sales transactions.
• Perform stock checks and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Promote sales through effective upselling and recommending add-ons to customers.
