A leading company in Singapore is looking to hire a facilities coordinator for roles based in Bukit Merah and Middle Road. This position requires no prior experience, making it ideal for candidates eager to develop professional skills in facilities management, while engaging with various stakeholders in a bilingual environment.

Job Details:
• Location: Bukit Merah and Middle Road
• Salary: $12/hr Weekdays, $13/hr Weekends
• Duration: Immediate - 1 Year Extendable
• Working hours: Up to 35 hours a week, rostered between 9am-10pm (6-8hrs per shift)
Job Scope:
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
• Coordinate, schedule, and conduct inspections of managed spaces to maintain a safe and conducive working environment.
• Monitor facilities turnover, repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and upgrades.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding inquiries, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, spacebooking, and other services.
Requirements:
• No experience required but must have good communication skills to liaise with vendors, community members and internal stakeholders
• Experience in community services or events would be an added advantage
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin as you will be liaising with mandarin speaking vendors
