AMBER AND GREEN PTE. LTD. is seeking hands-on helpers to support booth installations and dismantling for events across Singapore. You will handle portable display systems and assist with loading and unloading, ensuring installations run smoothly.

The role is part-time, based on two fixed days per week, with occasional weekends paid as overtime. Training will be provided and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving license and be comfortable driving a small van.
• Physically fit for hands-on, practical work.
• Willing to learn and follow training provided.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Available for ad-hoc shifts, including some weekends.

Job description

Overview:

We're a small, established exhibition company supplying portable display systems for events, exhibitions, and brand activations across Singapore. We're now looking for hands-on helpers to support our booth installations and dismantling.

You'll be working with small, portable, modular display systems - not large custom-built booths - so the role is practical, manageable, and varied from job to job.

This is a part-time role, working 2 fixed days each week, with occasional weekends during busy exhibition periods which would be paid overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and dismantling of portable exhibition booths


• Load, unload, and move equipment between venue and vehicle


• Support the team on-site to ensure installations run smoothly and on time


• Follow instructions and basic installation procedures


• Drive a small van when required to transport equipment

Requirements:

• Valid driving licence (comfortable driving a small van)


• Reasonably fit and comfortable with hands-on, physical work


• Willing to learn - training will be provided


• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team


• Available for ad-hoc shifts, including some weekends

Details:

Location: Singapore (event venues and client sites)

Schedule: 2 days per week, with extra days during peak event periods

Compensation: $150 per day; overtime at weekends paid at $75 per 4hr 1/2 day, $150 for full day.
