Job summary

Simmons (Southeast Asia) Pte Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Freelance / Part-Time Sales Associates to support events, roadshows and retail galleries in Singapore. Represent the premium bedding brand, engage customers, learn product details, and drive sales with flexible hours.

Applicants with retail or events experience are preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome. Commitment of at least 2 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales, events or roadshows is an advantage.
• Candidates without relevant experience but with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Friendly, outgoing and confident in engaging customers.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven and customer-oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to commit to at least 2 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Simmons and promote our premium bedding products at events, roadshows and retail counters/galleries.
• Learn and develop strong brand and product knowledge to confidently engage customers.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Drive sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Ensure that the sales area and product displays are well-maintained and presentable.
