About the RoleWe’re seeking a Singapore Manager (Sales Ops) to lead enrolment, parent engagement, and sales operations across our Singapore locations. You’ll manage a growing team, shape the customer journey, and help families connect with meaningful enrichment experiences for their children.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Enquiries & Sales
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
Provide clear and accurate information about class schedules, fees, programs, and club policies. - Administrative Support
Accurately take and record attendance for all lessons.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as updating records, maintaining class rosters, taking payment, on-boarding. - Holiday camps support
Support smooth running of holiday camps that occur in the morning from 10am to 1pm; e.g., Usher students to class; Take and upload media for parents' viewing; Distribute snacks... - Childcare Assistance
Provide general support to instructors and staff during class sessions to help maintain a smooth and safe learning environment. - General Support & Safety
Maintain a welcoming and child-friendly atmosphere in the club.
Assist in setting up and packing away class materials when required; light vacuuming.
Follow all health, safety, and safeguarding protocols, particularly when interacting directly with children.
You’ll Be Great in This Role If You:- Have good availability to support part-time work on Mondays to Fridays, 9-1.30pm (for the full week; school holiday camps); or on weekends (term classes). As we are building a team of part-timers, do let us know your general availability to be rostered in.
