Responsibilities

-Respond to customer service-related queries/requests.

  • Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
  • Assist in statistical compilations – payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organised and have strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work 4 days per week; from Thursday to Sunday.
  • Able to work at retail hours (nights and both weekends).
