Working Hours:

  • 1 day per week from 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties including preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ minutes of meeting and resolutions, incorporation of companies, performance of customer due diligence checks etc.

• Ensure timely submission of Annual Returns and other filings to ACRA.

• Stay abreast of relevant regulations for compliance.

• Coordinate board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

• Maintain statutory registers and records as per regulations.

• Handle share transactions documentation, including transfers and issuances.

• Facilitate communication with regulatory bodies for prompt responses to inquiries.

• Act as the primary contact for company secretarial matters, supporting internal teams.

• Undertake administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

· Diploma / Degree in business, accountancy, law or related field

· CSIS/ISCA qualification is preferred, but not mandatory

· Preferably 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial role

· Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication, when engaging with clients and internal teams.

· Strong attention to detail, meticulous, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
