A prestigious hotel in Singapore is looking for a Front Office Concierge to deliver exceptional guest services. Responsibilities include assisting with arrivals and departures, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. This role requires a service-oriented individual with the capability to assist with luggage and a readiness to learn.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Front Office Concierge to join our Front Office team and provide exceptional service to our valued guests by offering personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including unloading and loading luggage onto vehicles
Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Transport all guest luggage to and from guest rooms promptly, accurately and efficiently
Escort guests to their rooms when required and handle any special requests or issues
Deliver all guests message, parcel and mail
Job Requirements:
Service oriented persona
Ability to lift heavy load items (e.g. guest luggage) up to 30kg onto trolley
Faster learner and willing to learn
