This position involves overseeing non-medical aspects of quality patient care, which includes managing billing processes and administrative duties, ensuring an excellent experience for patients and supporting clinic operations. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and possess at least two years of related experience in a clinic setting.

You will be responsible for all aspect of general quality patient management pertaining to the non-medical aspect of the centre. You will prepare the necessary documents for patient registration prior to the appointment day. You are also responsible with handling customers billing and closing of the account on daily basis.
