Job description

Looking for a dedicated Part Time clinic Assistant in the North East Region.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.

• Assisting with administrative tasks for a smooth workflow.

• Maintaining an organised and clean clinic environment.

• Supporting the medical team as needed such as preparing treatment room and sterilizing equipments.

• Supporting medication dispensing and provide accurate instructions/translation.

• Assisting male doctors during consultation and procedures when required.

What we're looking for

• Commitment to work on Tuesday and Thursday nights (7pm -9pm) ; Sunday mornings (9am - 12 noon).

• Fluency in Mandarin and dialects (Hokkien, Cantonese etc) is essential for translating the medicine instructions accurately to elderly patients.

• This role requires female clinic assistant to chaperone male doctors when required during procedures.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.

• No experience candidates are welcome to apply (prior clinic experience is a plus).
