Job summary

Join a fast-growing healthcare group as a part-time clinic assistant. You will assist with daily operations, including patient registration, medication dispensing, and appointment management. Strong IT skills and relevant experience in a GP clinic are preferred. The working hours are on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in GP clinic preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with CHAS, Medisave, and MBS claims.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations including patient registration and appointment bookings.
• Dispense medication and collect payments.
• Perform COVID-19/Influenza swabs and ECG.

Job description

Hiring part time clinic assistant with relevant working experience in GP clinic preferred.

To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following:

Counter duties:

- Registration of patients, temperature taking, weight taking.

- Dispensing of medication and collection of payments – Familiar with E- payment modes ( QR pay, Nets)

- Familiar with CHAS/ Medisave/ Healthier-SG

- Perform COVID-19/ Influenza Swabs and ECG

- Assist in booking of appointment for patients for chronic disease and remind patients of their upcoming appointments

- Handling of incoming calls and enquiries.

- Submission of claims eg Medisave, CHAS, MBS and Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes.

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Diligent and willing to learn

- Good IT proficiency required (Computer system, Managed Care portals)

- Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal.

- Familiar with TPA claims.

- Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage, in order to communicate with and dispense medications to Chinese and Malay speaking patients who are unable to speak English

-Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting.

- Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition.

Able to work on Tue & Fri 5.30-9pm and Sat 2-6pm
