Kindle Kids International School (KKIS) is seeking a Part-Time Cambridge AS/A Level Chemistry Teacher to join the founding academic team. You will plan and deliver lessons, ensure exam readiness, and contribute to programme establishment for the first cohort (July 2026 intake).

The role requires differentiated teaching, assessment design, and data-driven progress monitoring, with collaboration across the Head of School and subject teachers to align curricula and milestones.

Qualifications

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge International AS & A Level syllabus.
• Use differentiated teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and pacing guides for the July 2026 intake.
• Prepare students for Cambridge examinations with effective paper techniques.
• Maintain accurate academic records in alignment with Cambridge requirements.
• Provide academic consultation and guidance on subject choices and university pathways.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge International AS & A Level syllabus.
• Teach subject-specific content effectively, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
• Design and administer formative and summative assessments (tests, assignments, mock exams).
• Track and analyse student performance, providing data-driven feedback and intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate academic records in alignment with school and Cambridge requirements.
• Contribute to development of teaching materials and alignment with Cambridge syllabus updates.
• Collaborate with Head of School, Coordinators, and other subject teachers to ensure cross-level alignment.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and management on academic progress and expectations.
• Support establishment of the Cambridge A-Level programme as the first cohort approaches July 2026.
