PART-TIME CAFE SERVICE CREW
Salary: $10–12/hour
Duration: Part-time
Shift options:(You’ll need to commit at least

Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a warm smile and friendly vibe
- Answer questions, solve issues, and make sure every guest leaves happier than they came in
- Take orders, offer thoughtful recommendations, and deliver food and drinks to tables
- Work hand-in-hand with your teammates—whether it's the kitchen, baristas, or floor crew—to keep things running smoothly
- Support baristas with drink orders during peak hours, when needed
- Stick to our daily routines and follow SOPs like a pro—consistency is key!
- Keep the café clean and inviting: wipe down tables and surfaces, clear dishes, and tidy up shared areas
- Maintain restroom cleanliness (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors) and ensure supplies are always stocked
- Stay one step ahead—notice what customers or the café might need before they even ask
- Be punctual, present, and ready to roll for every shift
- Bring good energy to the team—support your crew and contribute to our positive culture
- Help with daily opening and closing routines
- Occasionally assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, or other tasks as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to keep our space clean, safe, and running smoothly
Report any maintenance or plumbing issues promptly
What We’re Looking For
- You’re able to commit at least 3 days a week (including one weekend shift !)
- Experience in customer service & F&B
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, team setting
- You bring a solid work ethic and take pride in doing things right
- You don’t wait to be told—you see what needs doing and jump in
- You’ve got a problem-solving mindset and stay cool under pressure
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English with all kinds of people
- You’re passionate about food, drinks, and making someone’s day
