Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Specialist to strengthen our operations and enable smoother execution across teams. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless coordination of internal processes in a fast-paced financial advisory environment.


Responsibilities


  • Provide operational and administrative support to consultants and management

  • Coordinate internal workflows, track project milestones, and support client servicing

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies

  • Assist in scheduling, meeting preparation, and reporting

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of tasks


Requirements


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Prior experience in business operations, administration, or support functions

  • Excellent communication and time management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and workflow tools

  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities under deadlines


Preferred Qualifications
