Cafe operating hours

• 11am to 8pm , closed on Mondays and Tuesdays

Commitment

• Wednesdays to Sundays ( must be able to commit all 5 days )**

Shifts

- 8am - 2pm OR 2pm - 8pm with 30 mins unpaid break

• Welcomed to do full day shifts

Rate

• $12/h weekday | $14/h weekend

• $20 monthly laundry allowance

Job Scope

• Bake & prepare breads & cakes from scratch ensuring quality & consistency in every item

• Ensure bakes meet SOP set by cafe visually & taste wise

• Work with precision to follow recipes & instructions while maintaining

creative flexibility & special items

• Maintain a clean, organized & safe work environment in the kitchen including proper handling of ingredients & tools by following SOP

• Work closely with our full time baker & front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service & customer satisfaction

• Help with inventory & ensure ingredients are stocked, stored correctly & rotated properly

• Maintain housekeeping standards at all times in the cafe
  

Requirements
