• Experience in pastry production is preferred.
• Ability to manage stock and supplier goods.

Responsibilities

• Preparing whipping cream production.
• Preparing baking sponge cake, chiffon cake, tart shells, cookies.
• Receiving supplier goods and managing stock.
• Cleaning pastry equipment and dishwashing tools.
• Daily showcase displays such as shortcake, tarts, cheesecake, tiramisu, carrot cake, chocolate cakes.
