A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Teacher. This role involves assisting in teaching activities and classroom management while inspiring children to learn Mandarin in a fun way. Candidates should be approachable, possess clear pronunciation in Mandarin, and commit for at least 5-6 months. Work hours are weekdays from 12:30pm to 7:30pm or 2:30pm to 9:30pm, and weekends from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Possess accurate pronunciation for spoken Mandarin to facilitate teaching in Chinese language.
• Warm and approachable demeanor.
• Must commit to teaching for at least 5-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with teaching activities, classroom management, storytelling, and other duties as part of the Berries teaching model, collaborating with the Main Teacher to support learning outcomes.
• Bring clear pronunciation for spoken Mandarin to facilitate instruction in Chinese Language.
• Maintain a warm and approachable demeanor.
• Commit to a regular teaching schedule for at least 5-6 months.

Hours & Schedule

• Weekdays: 12:30pm – 7:30pm or 2:30pm – 9:30pm
• Weekends: 9:00am – 6:00pm
