Kopiboy.sg is a homegrown F&B brand specializing in fuss-free catering, kopi & teh in bulk hot travellers, and customized gifting for events. As we grow, we’re expanding our product range to include freshly baked items (e.g., croissants, muffins, quiches) that complement our catering sets.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Part-Time Baking Assistant to support our kitchen team in preparing and packing baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in baking preparation (measuring, mixing, portioning, shaping).
• Operate baking equipment and ovens safely.
• Ensure consistency and quality of baked items.
• Packing, labelling, and preparing baked goods for delivery.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Support with stock-taking and ingredient preparation.

Requirements

• Prior baking or kitchen experience preferred (home bakers welcome).
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to commit to early mornings / weekends when required.
• Food Hygiene Certification is a must.
