Job summary

A dynamic cafe located at 16 Collyer Quay is seeking a friendly and energetic service crew member to engage customers and manage cafe operations. Duties include customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and beverage preparation. Ideal candidates will have some F&B experience or a passion for coffee and baking, with the opportunity for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service or as a barista preferred.
• Interest in baking is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours and commit for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, take orders, cashier, and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including sweeping and mopping.
• Prepare specialty beverages and assist in food preparation when necessary.

Job description

We are an enthusiastic team looking for a new member who can engage customers and build relationships with them. We are all-rounders who manage operations of the cafe and our duties include:

• provide friendly customer service - engaging customers, taking orders, cashiering, serving food and beverages, etc.
• maintain overall cleanliness of cafe (sweeping, mopping, disposing rubbish, clearing and wiping tables, washing, etc.)
• preparing beverages - including specialty coffee with latte art
• assist manager in preparing food (when necessary / during events)

We prefer individuals with some working experience. If you have experience as a barista, F&B service crew or have an interest in baking, we would definitely want to meet you.

Cafe is open on weekdays only and part timers' working hours are 2-3 days per week between 8am-5pm. However, hours are flexible depending on business' and your needs.
