About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Administrative Assistant to join our managed Healthcare team to assist in the development and expansion of our Healthcare service network.

Pay rate: $13/h

Work Location: 25 Bukit Batok Crescent (The Elitist)

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Working days: Mondays to Wednesdays

  • Arranging of appointments with Clinics on new medical initiatives
  • Sorting and filing of documents
  • Data cleansing and sorting
  • Encrypting and sending out of invoices
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Able to follow standard work processes independently
  • Able to commit for more than 3 months
  • Meticulous
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
