In this role, you will assist with the implementation of our tuition management system, a key project under the Operations team, and to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Teacher Development team.

You will help coordinate and track progress on system-related tasks, while also managing scheduling, document preparation, and other admin duties. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to both project execution and operational efficiency

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations team in coordinating the implementation of the tuition management system (e.g. tracking progress, updating records, liaising with relevant teams).
  • Assist the Teacher Development team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing calendars.
    Coordinate and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks across departments.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and document organisation across both teams.
    Help streamline internal workflows and support day-to-day operational needs.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for other administrative and project-related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management or other related field

Work Hours:
Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
$12/hour What You’ll Gain
