A healthcare firm in Clarke Quay is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to manage HR tasks, payroll processing, and office organization. Candidates must be Singaporean or PR with relevant experience and a Polytechnic Diploma or Degree. The role requires a commitment of 2 to 3 days per week from 9am to 5pm, offering an hourly salary of $15 to $18 depending on experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage employees leave records and timesheet data
· Process CPF contributions and assist in payroll-related matters
· Generate monthly invoices for clients
· Process petty cash reimbursements
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
· Filing, organizing and managing personnel databases
· Maintain general cleanliness of the office and replenishment of office supplies
· Assist on recruitment and onboarding process
· Perform general research work including creation and preparation of background documents.
· Assist with all other HR and general administrative tasks or other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Singaporean or Singapore PR with relevant working experience
· Polytechnic Diploma/Degree Holder
· Able to commit 2 to 3 days work per week, 9am to 5pm
· Work in office located at Clarke Quay
Hourly Salary: $15 to $18 per hour(salary commensurate with experience and qualification). Employee will be entitled to CPF Contribution.
