Part-time Accounts Admin Executive ($15/hr)

9.30am - 6.30pm (any 2-3 days/week)
ASAP - end Dec (renewable)

• Assist with client billing for retainer and projects
• Assist with keying in weekly vendor invoices for payment
• Assist with accounting backlog for year-end closing
• Assist to match Jobs WIP
• Ad hoc office admin – water supply, pantry ordering, letter sorting
