Contract Period: 2 years

Working Hours: 3 days per week (Min. 8 hours/day, office hours)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant to support basic accounting and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling financial records and general admin duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Accounting Support:

  • Handles full sets of accounts for multiple clients.
  • Support month-end closing and maintaining balance sheet schedules
  • Perform data entry of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in records
  • Assist in preparation of all statutory tax filings (corporate, GST, withholding)
  • Assist in preparing annual returns in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Opportunities to learn in digitalisation of accounting processes
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Office Administration:

  • Handle general administrative duties, such as filing and document management.
  • Assist with office coordination and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • On-site presence is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience in accounting support is a plus.
  • Experience with accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks, SAP)
  • Must be able to commit to a two-year contract term.
