Job description

  • Up to $14 per hour

  • Working hours: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday, expected additional1 to 3 hours,during pre & post public holidays and Mondays)

  • 5 days work week. Required to work at least 30 to 35 hours per week OR

  • 4 days work week - 09:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) Required to work at least 32 to35hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize received paper materials according to established guidelines or client specifications.

  • Use imaging devices and associated tools to convert physical documents into electronic formats.

  • Ensure documents are fed correctly into the imaging devices and monitor for any errors during the process.

  • Check digital copies for clarity and accuracy, redoing scans when needed.

  • Maintain organized workflow to meet daily processing targets.

  • Handle physical documents carefully to prevent damage or loss.

  • Keep track of digitization tasks and ensure logs or electronic records are kept current.

  • Ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained for optimal performance.

  • Follow confidentiality and data protection protocols at all times.

  • Support the monitoring and replenishment of materials needed for operations (such as film and paper).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year Admin experiences

  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.

  • Ability to operate scanning equipment

  • Good organizational skills and ability to follow procedures.

  • Reliable, diligent, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • The role involves regular document handling and standing; reasonable accommodations can be made where needed
