You will source new leads, pitch to clients, coordinate projects, and design/update marketing collaterals with the team, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Source for new business leads and corporate sales.
• Assist the management team to grow existing sales & marketing team.
• New business support and pitching.
• Handle sales enquiries from client.
• Liaise with clients on their project & design requirements.
• Prepare quotation based on the proposed project specifications.
• Project Coordination: Scheduling the workflow to ensure smooth coordination with various parties involved in the projects.
• Supervise and work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality project completion.
• Ensure all proposed design and timeline set are met.
• Working closely with management team for new marketing ideas and collaterals preparations.
• Liaise with clients on their project & design requirements.
• Develop concepts and create design artworks for both online and printing collaterals including banners, brochures, logos, newsletters and posters.
