Park Manager (Haw Par Villa)
We are seeking an experienced Park Manager with at least six years of relevant expertise relating to facilities and/or theme park management at the managerial level.
The Park Manager shall be the main contact point on site during office hours and shall be contactable on a 24-hr basis in case of any emergency that might occur in the park.
- Facilitates, manages and monitors all the maintenance services carried out by different contractors. Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations of the park.
- Ensure all licenses and certifications are applied/renewed and comply with all requirements of the relevant government authorities/agencies.
- Render assistance/help to the visitors visiting the park.
- Conduct regular checks around the park during its operational hours to check for any irregularities or visitors in difficulties.
- Report to the Company with recommendations for any works that require immediate attention.
- Provide details of recommended works and assist in site show-rounds as and when requested by the Company for ad-hoc or enhancement works.
- Liaise with external agencies/members of the public who are keen to conduct any events or activities within the park (subjected to the Company’s approval).
- The Park Manager is required to work 7 days a week during operational hours, provided that the Company reserves the right to vary the range of the said working hours. At times when activities are held outside of these operating hours that have been agreed to by the Company, the Park Manager is required to be present to oversee the activity. The Park Manager must remain contactable outside working hours on all days to render assistance in times of emergencies.
- Possesses sound knowledge on financial management including billing/invoicing.
- Compilation of monthly reports for services rendered in the park for submission.
- Management of service reports and endorsements.
- Management of site staff's overtime claims.
