Job Description

• Perform daily maintenance checks on the assigned company's vehicle and report any faults discovered.
• Perform general sorting and allocation of mails and parcels.
• Operate company vehicle to deliver/collect mail items and parcels (ranging from 10-30kg) to/from assigned locations.
• Monitor and track the delivery/collection status using in-house applications in real-time.
• Regularly update delivery/collection progress within the in-house application to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with supervisor, customers, or other stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays.
• Report any discrepancies, delays, or issues to the supervisor for resolution.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Driving License (Class 3) to perform the job role.
• Proficient in using a smartphone.
• Able to speak and write in English as the work requires reading in English manuals and communication with customers.
• We welcome Singaporean candidates with/without relevant experience as training will be provided.

Additional Information

• 5.5 days work week, Monday to Saturday.
• Work Hours: 44 hours per work week.
