Job summary

Crew in Singapore seeks an experienced Paramedic to lead an EMS team and deliver pre-hospital emergency care. You will assess, stabilize, and transport patients, supervise a 3-person squad, and coordinate with hospitals for handovers while maintaining detailed reports.

The ideal candidate has MOH-recognized Paramedic training, BCLS/AED, and SCDF certifications; strong leadership, and ability to work under pressure. 9am-6pm, Islandwide deployment with SGD 2,300–3,300 monthly plus AWS and PB.

Qualifications

• BCLS/AED, SCDF Operations Term and Service Excellence certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess, stabilize, and manage patients requiringadvanced life support (ALS).
• PerformECG monitoring, airway management, IV therapy, medication administration, and other advanced interventions.
• Make rapid, accurate medical decisions in high-pressure environments.
• Coordinate with hospitals for patient handovers and provide detailed clinical reports.
• Train, mentor, and guide EMTs to uphold the highest operational standards.
• Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and ambulance readiness.
• Represent the EMS service with professionalism, empathy, and leadership.
• Location: Islandwide

The role involves responding to emergency and non-emergency calls, assessing patients’ conditions, administering first aid and life‑saving interventions, and safely transporting patients to hospitals or medical facilities. Paramedics operate ambulances, use medical equipment, maintain detailed patient care records, and ensure compliance with MOH regulations and clinical protocols. They also check and maintain ambulance readiness, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and work closely with dispatchers, nurses, doctors, and hospitals to ensure continuity of care.
