Job summary

Crew in Singapore seeks an experienced Paramedic to lead an EMS team and deliver pre-hospital emergency care. You will assess, stabilize, and transport patients, supervise a 3-person squad, and coordinate with hospitals for handovers while maintaining detailed reports.

The ideal candidate has MOH-recognized Paramedic training, BCLS/AED, and SCDF certifications; strong leadership, and ability to work under pressure. 9am-6pm, Islandwide deployment with SGD 2,300–3,300 monthly plus AWS and PB.

Qualifications

• Paramedic course recognized by MOH.
• BCLS/AED, SCDF Operations Term and Service Excellence certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a 3-person emergency medical response team.
• Assess, stabilize, and manage patients requiring ALS.
• Coordinate with hospitals for patient handovers and provide detailed clinical reports.
• Train, mentor EMTs to uphold high operational standards.
• Maintain ambulance readiness and equipment.
• Represent EMS service with professionalism and leadership.
