Paralegal (Tech | Central)

About the Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a Tech Co. We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join the team.

Report to the Legal Counsel. This role involves contract review, risk assessment, and ensuring contractual compliance within a fast-paced tech environment. You will collaborate across departments to support business goals and manage the contract lifecycle.

Main duties & responsibilities

• Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (e.g., service, licensing, NDA, and vendor agreements).
• Terms Review and Risk Assessment: Analyze terms, identify risks, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the contract process, including renewals, amendments, and storage.
• Legal Research and Compliance: Conduct research to support compliance, especially in data privacy and IP laws.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Procurement, and HR to support business needs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of contracts and legal documents.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with stakeholders on contract-related queries.

The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• More than 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in tech or corporate settings.
• Strong understanding of contract law and compliance, especially in tech.
• Excellent communication skills; meticulous in document review.
