Qualifications

• Previous experience in litigation support or as a legal secretary is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication to support client and team interactions.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of legal cases to ensure timely progress and resolution
• Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategies and document preparation
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents to maintain case accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate closely with lawyers on case preparation for litigation and arbitration matters
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and support client-related case activities
• Organize and maintain case files and administrative records to support efficient case management
• Support lawyers on complex legal matters, contributing to case strategy and execution
