The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare necessary documents including management, board and shareholders minutes, resolutions, etc.
  • Maintain corporate records and ensure proper documentation control.
  • Review contracts, board resolutions provided by subsidiaries (risk analysis and issue identification).
  • Support corporate governance and compliance with regulatory and listing rules, including the execution of annual compliance initiatives.
  • Facilitate earnings calls, press releases, regulatory filings, and website updates.
  • Handle internal/external requests for corporate information (auditors, regulators, financial partners, etc.).
  • Manage departmental invoices, administrative negotiations, and assist with budget reporting.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal/corporate background work.
  • Diploma or Degree in law or equivalent and/or corporate secretarial qualification.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (required for effective communication with Singapore and Chinese stakeholders)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF.
  • Proven ability to work proactively with attention to detail and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and in teams.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel to China.
