We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal / Legal Executive to support a broad range of legal work, including high-value private client, corporate, and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take client instructions and assist with drafting/reviewing standard documents
• Conduct moderately complex legal research
• Handle corporate secretarial filings (e.g. ACRA)
• Manage administrative tasks: filings, contracts database, data rooms, invoicing, payment tracking

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Law or related discipline
• 1–3 years’ experience preferred (fresh grads may apply)
• Good writing, research, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with corporate secretarial processes is a plus
