• Comfortable working with regional stakeholders and various timezones such as Europe / Asia.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our client's Global Structured Products (GSP) team. The team works closely with international and regional financial institutions across a wide range of transactions involving structured securities and derivatives linked to various asset classes such as equities, indices, funds, commodities, foreign exchange, and interest rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the documentation and closing of structured securities transactions.
• Manage your own portfolio of deals from start to finish, working directly with clients and internal team members.
• Maintain and update matter tracking records.
• Assist with billing coordination and respond to client billing/admin enquiries.
• Organize and maintain standard templates and legal know-how resources.
• Help prepare and update legal template documents.
• Ensure all work complies with internal policies and external regulations.
