Paralegal Associate

Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a paralegal to join their highly skilled and collaborative legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing legal support across a variety of legal domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Review: Function as a first port of call for contract review, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements by providing guidance on contractual terms, identifying potential liabilities, and recommending necessary revisions.
• Reporting: Ensure that regulatory reporting and filing are completed in a timely manner under related legislation.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external legal counsel, fund administrators, and corporate secretarial service providers to facilitate seamless documentation processes and information exchange.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, legal studies or related paralegal qualifications preferred.
• Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in either a paralegal role or a legal specialist role within the financial services space is preferred, with exposure to FATCA and/or CRS a plus.
