Paralegal

Position Summary

SHEIN is seeking a mid-level paralegal to assist on legal research, contract drafting and review and legal operations matters. This will include supporting on management of contractual templates, know-how, queries from internal stakeholders and coordinating with the global legal operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with legal research on points of law and preparing research memos.
• Assisting with drafting and/or review of contracts.
• Coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel on legal fee quotes, invoicing and internal approvals.
• Assisting in filing, know-how and document management.
• Performing other duties as assigned or required.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience working in a legal role, and minimum of 1 year of experience in an in-house legal team or function.
• E-commerce or logistics experience is strongly preferred.
• Qualified to practice law in any jurisdiction within ASEAN, Oceania or East Asia.
• Positive, friendly, can-do and collaborative attitude focused on maintaining the highest standards of business and professional conduct.
• Thrives in an ultra-fast paced, multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
• Exceptional legal drafting, investigations, advocacy and analytical skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions while exercising good judgment, and project manage.
• Have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and sense of professional accountability.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members in other parts of the world, acting as a conduit and gatekeeper.
