Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Legal Documentation: Draft and proofread legal correspondence, affidavits, and court filings.
  • Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, review documents and manage document production.
  • Research: Conduct legal and factual research using online databases (e.g., LawNet).
  • Client Interaction: Liaise with clients or co-counsel to collect information and provide case updates (as needed).
  • Arbitration Procedures: Assist with preparation and filing of documents with tribunals.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule hearings, prepare trial bundles, and manage billing records.

Requirements:

  • Language: Fluent English (written/spoken).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF editing tools, and legal research platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple cases, and work collaboratively.
