- Assisting in preparation and drafting legal documents, legal research, e-filing of court documents, compiling of court papers, bundles, authorities & submissions
- Managing timelines and deadlines to ensure compliance
- Handle correspondence including responding to emails, letters, and faxes with all stakeholders
- Monitoring and drafting of legal updates, business development and marketing efforts, including maintaining client lists and registers, sending of legal updates, event planning and execution in respect of seminars and updating of lawyer profiles and ranking lists.
- Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Law, Legal Studies and Paralegal Studies.
- Minimum one year of experience in in similar capacity is preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in developing a career in the legal field are also welcome to apply.
- Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy.
