We are an expanding business in Asia, and our office located in the central business district in Singapore. We are looking for a new colleague to support our Office Administration team with the day-to-day office related tasks by ensuring the office is clean and presentable at all times.

In Monjasa we have state-of-the-art facilities in the office and really appreciate our great working environment. Your primary role is to provide a great office support to the colleagues and organisation, and contribute to maintaining a healthy and welcoming office atmosphere.

Areas of focus

· Cleaning and maintaining good hygiene in the office

· Storeroom and utility room organising

· Helping and making sure that office is presentable all day and every day

· Preparing for meetings with coffee and tea-break snacks if needed etc.

· Re-stock pantry items and cleaning supplies for the office on weekly and monthly basis

· Packing event merchandise and wrapping gifts for clients and staff on specific occasions

Your professional skills

· Experience from in similar position, e.g., office cleaner, tea lady

· Good English communication skills

· Enjoys helping other people and give an extra hand where needed

· Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
