Job summary

FPT Software in Singapore is seeking an experienced IAM Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. You will oversee architecture, implementation, enhancements, and integrations across systems.

You will manage PAM components such as vaults, connectors, session managers, and privileged session monitoring, and you will develop automation scripts for onboarding, rotation, reporting, and health checks.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in technical project delivery, IAM, PAM, or information security.
• Hands-on experience with major PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
• Strong understanding of PAM components: vaults, connectors, sessions, and integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with MAS TRM, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF is advantageous.
• Certifications such as CyberArk, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of PAM projects including architecture and integrations.
• Manage PAM components: password vaults, connectors, session managers, and monitoring.
• Develop scripts and automation for onboarding, rotation, reporting, and health checks.
• Troubleshoot PAM issues: reconciliation, connectors, sessions, and provisioning.
• Translate business and security requirements into technical plans.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Audit, Compliance, and vendors.
• Provide regular project updates and manage risks, issues, and timelines.
• Support security audits and ensure PAM controls meet requirements.
