NTT Global in Singapore seeks a Network & Firewall Engineer with deep Palo Alto expertise to design, implement, and optimize enterprise network security. You will manage NGFWs, Panorama, VPNs, and routing while ensuring high availability and compliance across business-critical environments.

The role requires hands‑on security architecture skills, incident management capability, and collaboration with infrastructure and IT operations teams to sustain robust connectivity and security.

Qualifications

• Strong TCP/IP networking fundamentals and enterprise network architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama management platforms.
• Experience managing firewall security policies, VPNs, NAT, and access control mechanisms.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, BGP, VLANs, and VPN technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise LAN and WAN environments.
• Understanding of defense-in-depth security architectures.
• Experience with firewall troubleshooting, policy optimization, and security monitoring.
• Familiarity with network performance analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity environments.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain Palo Alto NGFWs.
• Manage firewall policies, security rules, NAT, URL filtering, and threat prevention.
• Administer Palo Alto Panorama for centralized management and policy control.
• Monitor network performance and security events for optimal operations.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents across LAN/WAN/VPN.
• Conduct firewall audits, policy reviews, and rule recertification.
• Support enterprise routing and switching infrastructure with secure connectivity.
• Perform risk assessments and contribute to cybersecurity governance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams on best practices.
• Investigate incidents and provide expertise during response activities.
• Maintain network documentation and architecture diagrams.
