Job summary

LPS is seeking a skilled L2 Network Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team in Singapore. You will manage Cisco routers/switches/firewalls, administer Palo Alto firewalls, and support Aruba NAC solutions while ensuring reliability, performance, and security across the IT landscape.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Palo Alto/Aruba NAC, strong TCP/IP knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. On-call rotation is involved.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network engineering and support.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking devices including ISE/DNAC/CMX.
• Proficient with Palo Alto firewalls and security policies.
• Experience with Aruba NAC implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• DNS and DHCP knowledge; familiarity with F5 and Zscaler is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Administer and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, including policy creation and monitoring.
• Support Aruba NAC solutions and endpoint compliance.
• Monitor network performance and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network projects.
• Maintain network documentation and incident reports.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide L2 support for escalations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
