Palliative Homecare Staff Nurse (Mon - Fri Office Hours ONLY) #HAL

Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Home Visits Per Day: Typically 3–4 homes, depending on patient load

Job Scope:

• Make home visits to provide nursing care to terminally ill patients
• Manage care plans and coordinate with doctors and social workers
• Support patients and families with end-of-life care needs
