Working Hours: 5 days, 8.30 – 5.30pm (No on call)

Jobscope

• Case management – manage the care plan for the patients

• Make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families.

• You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week.

• One day will be covering 3-4 homes depends on the patient loads

Job Scope:

• Valid SNB and BCLS

• Min 3 years of palliative OR ICU nursing experience
